Coach Emmanuel Coulibaly is the founder and owner of UGIS Athletics and Performance training.
"I love sports and fitness. I played collegiate at MSU. I am a certified personal trainer with the NASM (National Academy of Sports and Medicine) with multiple specializations. I have over 13 years of experience training. I have been featured on FOX5 news multiple times for some fitness segments, and also participated on the unconventional Wisdom, FOX5 podcast). I’ve had the privilege of working with many gifted athletes from all levels and from all over the world (NBA, G League, Overseas, and collegiate players). Some of the notable athletes include but are not limited to players such as Markelle Fultz, Pops Mensah-Bonsu, Jannick Freeze, Josh Adeyeye, Xavier Silas, Jerome Seagears,Hakim Warrick, Daryl Monroe, Chris Wright, Jason Clark to name a few. I worked with Florida Memorial University preparing them with strength and conditioning during their pre-season. I also work with several international players (both men and women)

As we understand performance for an athlete comes with a full package of strength, power, endurance, flexibility, and SAQ (speed, agility, quickness). All these components have to be worked on for the athlete to be able (have the ability) to perform at their peak; getting better in all cylinders is the name of the game. Improved athleticism definitely helps the athlete’s performance but mainly provides more efficient functional movements for their respective sport.
